Coaching Program

Coaching Design: Individual coaching sessions (each session is one hour) are arranged according to a predetermined schedule. The coaching is provided in face-to-face meetings or over the telephone. The introductory course is six sessions over six weeks.
Goals: The Powerful Woman—Powerful Voice™ Coaching is perfect of women in leadership positions--either building or expanding their own business, stepping into positions of leadership or going up the ladder of success in their current organization—who understand the value of exceptional communication, public speaking skills. Coaching goals are determined on an individual basis, but the major emphasis is on communication.
Procedure: Each course consists of six one-hour sessions. Most skills only begin to take root in 90 days. It usually requires much more time for communication skills to “settle in” as true behavioral change. Lasting changes require commitment and follow-through. Home practice assignments will be provided. In order to maximize your progress and get the most out of your coaching and our time together, it is very important that you are prepared for each session. You will be asked to share your thoughts, questions or ideas you’ve had during your weekly home practice.
