WEEK 5 - the lost week.
There was more week than there was me last week! There was a wedding, my younger daughter's graduation party, my older daughter was in town to run the Bolder-Boulder with me. So, please accept my most humble apology for NOT being able to supply you with Week 5 exercises.

Week #4:
Things will be moving along at a fast pace now. We've laid a strong foundation. You are aware of and changing your posture, of using belly breathing (are you using it ALL the time yet, that IS the goal), tuning your pitch and maintaining that pitch in words.
Now, each week, we'll be layering a new elements over what you've learned up to this point. It's important that you've established a daily practice routine. We're heading toward a twice daily-30 minute routine.
This week's exercises layer in the element of articulation. Generally, most women speak more clearly (in terms of articulation) than most men. This seems to be true across languages and cultures (but of course there ARE exceptions). So, this week, you're to be metacognitive and proprioceptive about articulation as well as the other techniques you've learned.

Listening Exercise |
Yet his humour often had a purpose beyond humour. In the terrible hours after the attempt on his life, his easy jokes gave reassurance to an anxious world. They were evidence that in the aftermath of terror and in the midst of hysteria, one great heart at least remained sane and jocular. They were truly grace under pressure.
